Mountbatten House aims for this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our approach
We design toward a WCAG 2.2 Level AA floor: skip-to-content links, one primary H1 per page, readable body text (18px+), visible focus styles, sufficient color contrast, and touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels where practical. We avoid auto-rotating carousels.
Known limitations
Third-party embeds such as Google Maps may have their own accessibility characteristics outside our direct control. If the map is difficult to use, call us for directions instead.
