“If you want a caring, loving and friendly place for your family member, I recommend Mountbatten Assisted Living. The employees are very giving to all the residents that live there. My mom was so stubborn she would not let us know how much she liked living there, but she did tell other people and tried to promote the facility.. Even though her vision was poor she still participated and listen to the games and other activities that were scheduled. They provide field trips, weekly bingo, craft projects, holiday parties, and church services, and even have a hair salon at the facility. Her favorite time of the day was afternoon tea time to sit around the table eating Cheetos and cookies with the friends she made there. The staff in the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate the residents and their diet restrictions. I give it a thumbs up and five stars.”

“I love this place! Mountbatten employees were wonderful with my mom. They were flexible to her moods and personality. My mom was a homebody with had no interest in assisted living. A decline in her health and medical needs encouraged her to visit several facilities and she decided Mountbatten was best for her. She ended up loving the place! She loved the residence and the employees. The staff was always there for my mom. They kept the family updated with any medical conditions and/or behavior changes. I highly recommend this place for your loved one because they all deserve to receive that personal attention.”

"When faced with the decision of assisted living for our family member we looked at several locations. We were very impressed with Mountbattenhouse from our initial visit. It is clean, quiet, and safe with a friendly staff. The nursing staff is well organized and has a great process for medication dispensing and works closely with the family to assure everything is set up correctly upon move in and coordinates with the pharmacy for all refills and deliveries. The AC and heat work great and it was easy to get cable TV hooked up into her room. The staff is awesome and I highly recommend a look if you are faced with the need for an assisted living."

“My mom has been at Mountbatten House about 5 years and I’m so glad this facility was available for her when she needed them. She has been well taken care of between the kind and caring staff, clean good smelling building, and needs being met for food, medicine distribution, laundry, and room cleaning. I hope she will never need to go to another facility. She is happy here and has made good friends. I know that we have definitely found a place we can trust.”

“My mother has been a resident here since 2019. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an assisted living facility. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff really care about the residents and are always nice to them. They host games for them and sometimes go on field trips. I never worry about her safety or how she is being treated and they are quick to let you know if there is a problem. The nurse does a good job keeping up with their medications and letting you know if refills are needed. Great place at a great price.”
